Built a complete ticketing and guest management platform for an exclusive rooftop event targeting 20–50 high-net-worth guests. Custom invitation flows, Stripe-gated access, digital QR tickets, guest list management, and real-time check-in. No Eventbrite, no middleman — 100% margin.

A freelance contractor was managing clients, invoices, and leads entirely through WhatsApp and memory. Built a Telegram-first agentic CRM: lead capture, automatic follow-up sequences, invoice generation on command, client conversation history, and a daily briefing. The bot manages their pipeline so they can focus on the actual work.

Food businesses in Spain are legally required to maintain detailed APPCC compliance logs — temperature records, water pH, cleaning schedules, incident reports. Built a PWA dashboard for field workers to log everything from their phone and for managers to see the full picture in real time. When the inspector arrives, everything is ready.

Running algorithmic XAUUSD trading on Vantage Markets via The Profit Academy bot. Building a personal signal hub that aggregates alerts, manages position sizing, sends Telegram notifications on open/close, and keeps a daily P&L log.
